All Hallow's Day

How many of you knew that is what November first was, All Hallow's Day? It's also called Hallowmas or All Saints Day. Look it up, I promise I am not making stuff up.

This is what my table looked like this morning when I arose at a bright and early Saturday morning time of 7a.m. lots to do today, lots to do. And lots of candy.

We smash our delicately carved pumpkins on All Hallow's day.

Hewy was so careful to carry his to the street. . . but he didn't have the strength or height to smash it.

The boys, as you can imagine, enjoy this tradition.
