We finally got around to hosting a birthday party for Liam.
It was a dragon theme.
The cupcakes were supposed to look like speckled dragon eggs.

We play all kinds of made up balloon games. They had a game they called "Sword, Bow & Arrow, Catapult and Shield" and they had actions for each on. They played who can keep their balloon up the longest. They played war. They played keep away.
Outside we looked for our own dragon eggs marked with our initials.
We also had a marshmallow war.
At the closing of the party they all received pipe insulation swords. (you can hit as hard as you want with them - they won't hurt but they make a great sound)
