Lightner Museum, St. Aug

"Now this is a Museum!" was how the travel book we used described this museum. And that about sums it up. As we walked in the doors (the first picture) I wondered if this was really a place for my "boys."

It was a fancy museum with lots of neat things to see. This is a lion from Winston Churchill. They gave the boys a fill in the blanks worksheet to do while we visited the museum. That helped to keep them busy not touching too much stuff.

We found this mini Taj Mahal that made us think of New Grandma and Grandpa in India.

THANKFULLY you could view the second story from the Open third story of the museum. From what we could see the second housed a lot of glass! The third floor held mostly antique furniture.
